Raja Ampat, not only does it hold some of the best diving in the world but it is also home to Yangefo or Tanjung Putus as the locals call it.

Did you know that Pygmy seahorses actually leave their fans at night to go hunting for smaller things to eat? Neither did I until I saw it with my own eyes! This little guy swam in front of me for more than 10 minutes! 🤩
Finally, I got to see my first whale shark! And for those who haven’t, it’s worth the wait! The whale sharks of Cenderawasih Bay are not as large as in Galapagos or Mexico but believe me when I say. They are definitely large enough! Had two amazing trips onboard Calico Jack. I have gotten so much footage to go through and there is definitely more to come.
One of my favorite places in Raja Ampat! The stunning views of Sauwandarek from above but also what truly amazing biodiversity that hides underneath the surface!
Who doesn't like Dolphins, they are the puppies in the ocean! One of the best things about having a drone!

How I miss my Raja Ampat and my amazing workplace which I can call home Leyla Liveaboard. We have had some incredible experiences in the last few months and I can't wait to get back there next season.
